Why to obey laws?
We sometimes get irritated by different laws and their obedience in the society .Frankly speaking; some laws seem to be unjustified however these can be negotiated by addressing to the respective authorities. Laws are a body of rules for the regulation of human relationships, in personal and domestic, commercial, industrial and other relationships, which are enforceable by public authority. These rules differ from the rules of manners and morals in which they are made binding and enforceable by the authority of the state, that is, the whole community politically organized. But in subject matter they frequently coincide with the rules of religion or morality e.g. Thou shalt not steal, or rules of manners or expediency. The rules take many different forms. Some state what one may do, and the consequences of that; thus, if you make a will in proper form, stating what is to happen to your property after your death, the law will make it happened after you get expired. But in case you may not choose to make a will, in this case law also provides what will happen to your property after your death. Other rules state what you must do such as pay tax, or debts and the consequences if you don’t do so. Other state what you must not do such as commit theft or drive a car recklessly because it will cause severe damage to both life and death. In any civilized society, law making becomes necessary to avoid any or at least minimize the chances of conflicts and disputes. It is necessary to maintain the order in society and to ensure that doubtful or disputed claims can be resolved in an orderly and peaceful manner. If there were no laws or system of laws, there would be anarchy all over .Disputes will be resolved forcefully without caring if the justice had been done or not. If the laws are disregarded ,the crimes will prevail and would be unchecked.
